Manufacturing and Quality Control
Each capacitor is made using high-grade bi-axially oriented, double-sided hazy polypropylene film as the dielectric and 99.9% pure aluminum foil as the conductor. Our manufacturing process includes extended foil design with edge and end folding to minimize over-voltage stress and enhance partial discharge inception values.
All elements undergo rigorous DC voltage testing to identify any weak spots, and we use a series-parallel combination for voltage ratings and energy capacity. Each capacitor is wrapped with premium insulating paper, inserted into a degreased CRCA, aluminum, or stainless steel container, and sealed with pulse TIG welding for added durability. High-quality brass or stainless-steel terminals are used, ensuring robust connections.
